Button Bib Necklace A couple of years ago Michelle from “The Scrap Shoppe Blog” did a tutorial for the blog “Flamingo Toes.”  Michelle created a lovely bib necklace using beautiful blue shell buttons. Bib necklaces and button jewelry are trends that are still fashionable in 2013, so I wanted to share her tutorial with you.  Check out her blog post “Button Bib Necklace” and see how easy it is to make one of these beautiful necklaces.
