    Since I’m on an EXTREMELY limited income, almost all my gifts will be handmade. An advent calendar for my grandson is the first one I’m making, of course this will be in his hands by the 1st of December. Now the funniest gift I’ll be making are red solo wine glasses!!! LOL!

    This year everything iw going to have to be small and hand made. I have 2 sisters and one sister in law. I have 2 daughters. Making something unique to give is like giving a part of yourself. You will always be remembered even with the smallest hand made things.

     I just started jewelry making at the end of July. I have MS and decided to take up the hobby for physical therapy. My hands are weak and shake a lot, so jewelry making has helped me strengthen them as well as remind myself to be patient with me. It’s so easy to get frustrated by the little things…it’s good to remind myself that I can and will work through the struggle.

     For the first time in 12+ years I am hoping to make my girlfriends each a necklace. My grandmothers and mother will be receiving one as well.

     I’m in the process of making a copper bracelet for my grandson and have a drawing of a bracelet I’ll be making for my best friend and my daughter-in-law. I’ve other ideas in my head, they’re just not on paper or the work table yet.
