Sharyl’s Jewelry and Reflections posted a great conversation with Lori Anderson about making jewelry for a cause. Lori advises, “If you’d like to make a bigger impact with awareness jewelry, I’d contact your state chapter for that particular awareness organization. Ask how you can participate in fundraisers, (or) create a special piece of jewelry just for that chapter with portions of proceeds going to them.”
The lovely bracelet above was designed by Lori for Celiac Awareness in honor of her friend’s daughter. What causes inspire you to create jewelry to raise awareness?
