Rachel is on a mission to help wipe out diabetes. Since her diagnosis of type 1 diabetes at 12, Rachel has been helping support the work of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to find a cure through research. Rachel designs and sells handmade beaded bracelets and donates to JDRF. To date, this beautiful and talented designer has contributed over $42,000 to the JDRF Western PA Chapter! Rachel has a goal to raise more than $100,000 to help all those who suffer from diabetes.
Visit Rachel’s Cure by Design and see her collection. And if you see a piece that catches your eye, buy it proudly and help Rachel meet her goal. “Buying yourself something nice is even nicer when you know you are helping someone else!”
