On a recent Saturday while ‘Becca was spending the afternoon with me, we tried My Ribbon Barrette Maker together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow – even for a nine-year old. We made our first two matching barrettes in less than an hour. Later when our friend Mallory and her mom stopped by for ‘Becca to go, there was more twinkling eyes bright with excitement. I sent My Ribbon Barrette Maker to the girls’ sleepover so they could make more barrettes together and you would have thought I announced Christmas would be early this year!

I have 4 daughters ranging in age from 19 to 2. My 11 year old and my 6 year old are always on the look out for something new and cool that’s easy for them to make, and let’s face it, I would make some for the 2 year old…..they can’t have all the fun! For me, I would say holiday colors would be fun….I like sewing the kids dresses and they could make their own matching barrettes. School colors would also be on the list. I did wear them back in the 80′s thanks to my Grandma…and I LOVED them!

    Good luck to everyone :)
